I'm have an excel document that triggers my flow. It has several fields that need to be filled out. I need a way for the flow to see if there are fields missing and send an email notifying an individual with the missing fields that need to be updated or filled out. How do I do that?

The excel has fields that should be filled in but as you can see there are fields that are missing information. Is there a way to design the flow where the flow automatically detects which fields are missing in a newly added row and send an email back to whomever notifying them that there are missing fields needed to be filled?
