Trigger for "License is assigned / revoked" in Microsoft 365 admin center / portal

Office / Dynamics / 365 licences are assigned / revoked from users in Microsoft 365 admin center. Is there a trigger available to start a flow when assign or revoke / remove action is performed and a way to get the current licences assigned to the user?

You can achieve this scenario, but is a little complicated than usual.

For this you have to make use of the Graph API. Using the Graph API you will be able to extract the license details of the user and also be able to trigger flow using Delta Query for modifications or changes in license assignment.

For this you have to create a custom connector.

Insights related to how to create custom connector for graph API and query are shared in documents provided below.
