Email new files in OneDrive for Business to a mailing list in Excel
when I created a new file, the flow failed, show message, "Trigger succeeded but the flow did not run" and there are no more information. can anyone advise please?

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. I created the flow with the “Email new files in OneDrive for Business to a mailing list in Excel” template of Microsoft Flow:
The flow works successfully as below:
Please check if you have chosen a proper Excel file whose content is formatted as a Table in “Get rows” action. In addition, please check if there is a column called Email in Table of your excel file.
