Trigger to detect new unique 'Process Name' that populated in Power BI/Power Query -> Send email to remind client to update spreadsheet

Hi all -


I'm looking to see if I can create a Power Automate flow via a trigger that sends an email when a new field is added to a dimension table in Power Query/Power BI/Excel.


I am creating dashboards for clients that relies/points to a semi-static excel spreadsheet that lives in the clinet's sharepoint enviornemnt. I am pulling data from their SQL db, and on a rare occasion, a new 'process name' is introduced to one of the columns I've pulled in.

When a new process in in production, it'll show up in the report/table, and I want to create a solution where it'll prompt the client via email to remind them that a new unique process name has been detected in Power BI/Power Query/Excel spreadsheet. In can be either of those. The email prompt would just remind that they need to type into a few cells in the spreadsheet.


If anyone has any ideas here, it'd be much appreciated.
