Triggering Flow on SharePoint Content Type

Is there any way to trigger a Flow when an item is created or modified for a particular content type? I would like to set a field (Business Partner name) in different lists. Field name is same in all lists as it's created as a site column. However, I can't find a way to set this field without creating a separate Flow for each list.

Currently Flow does not support attaching a Flow to a content type (as you can with SharePoint Designer Reusable 2010 style workflow).

You may want to make this suggestion here if it has not already been made.

Microsoft Flow currently, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

You can, but its a bit of a hack and could break if updates are rolled out for Flow. I don’t have the link handy but the how-to does show up in google search results.
