UI flow with desktop launcher giving error when VM...

We have develop a UI flow with desktop launcher and developed a solution to automatically refresh Power BI report, using Power BI Desktop.

The solutions is deployed on a VM and is working file when we test. But it is not working when we schedule and leave the VM.

Please suggest.
