Unable to Add Comments from Approval in Notification Email

Hi, Every time I add Comments it converts to Apply to Each which ultimately fails the flow ?

Hi, 

1 - Initialize one separate string variable called "Comments"

2 - After "TA Approval" Action add "append to string variable" action and put your Response Comments into that. Don't worry apply to each will come this time also, but around the variable only. 

3- Now you  can add that comment variable into your compose action 

This will work fine. ..
