Unable to signup Power Automate Community Plan

Hello,

 

I have been struggling to signup for community plan but after the step 1 and text verification, the signup is stucked on step 2, and it's asking for verification code "We sent a verification code to Organization email address. Enter the code to complete sign up"

 

The verification mail is not send during the signup process, not sure if that's not working or I am missing something?

 

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi @dipaksaraf 

 

Can you check if the email with the verification code landed to the junk folder? You can also use a phone number to get a call or a text  message with the verification code. In case none of these work, you can contact support: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
