Unauthorized error when attempting to save file to Sharepoint

Hi

I have a flow that has been working fine for months, then suddenly it's stopped working.

The error I get is 'Unauthorized' when trying to create a file on Sharepoint. The file comes from an e-mail attachment. I've confirmed my user account has permission to create files in the destination Sharepoint library.

I've been through the following link to update the credentials on the connector, but I don't have a 'Verify password' option:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/fix-flow-failures

I then attempted to edit the connection and update the password that way, but then I get the following error:

"Your license(s) doesn’t support use of gateways. To use this feature, start a trial."

Why do I suddenly need a license when I didn't previously?

My account has a Microsoft Flow Free license and an E3.

Please help!

Thanks

James

Hi @TerrierJim ,

How long have you signed up for the trial account?

Free trials are 30 days for long.

Further, Flow Free Plan doesn’t support on-premises data, no matter whether your trial expired or not.

Best regards,

Mabel

Hi @TerrierJim ,

When having the error message Unauthorized, as suggested in the documentation, we need to update the connection.

Please try to remove the old one, and create a new one to see if it will work.

Further, it seems that you are using Flow Free plan, Flow Free plan is not able to access on-premises data using on-premises data gateway.

Please check doc on Plans for more details:

https://preview.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

Best regards,

Mabel

Hi @

Thanks for your reply.

I don't understand why it worked fine for months if the license was the issue?

Is there a trial period that expired perhaps?
