Do you want to export the flow for your colleague but click the Submit as template by accident?
Do you want to "unsubmit" a flow template?
Unsubmit a flow template is not supported in microsoft flow currently,I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

In addition,click the Submit as template by accident would not have any effect on you, you needn't worry about it.
The Microsoft Flow team will verify and possibly modify your template. If the team approves your template, it will appear in the gallery of templates for Microsoft Flow,as is said in the link below:
