Update Dynamics Business Unit Flow

Hey guys.

Is there a way to update the Dynamics Business Unit using flow?

Because when I try to update a record, It does not show me the field "Owning Business Unit".

Maybe with an HTTP request o something?
Can anyone help me?

Based on this blog post by @RyanMaclean365 , it seems it is possible:

In his screenshot, though, he shows the Business Unit field visible. 

It looks like it would be best to follow his advice, anyhow, since I see a lot of posts about losing security roles as soon as the business unit is switched.

I'm guessing not? Hmmm.. 
For dataverse it looks like this is a related table..
