Update a Excel to Sharepoint.. if Not approved? then go to Previous Version

Hi All, thanks in advance fro yoru help.

Im setting up an Approval flow for people to update an excel in sharepoint Folder after an approval. But if the approval is rejected to restore to previous Excel file version.

In other words, Im able to delete the file if not approved, but I need to file there in first place, or I need if Not Approved, then not to take the File which was just uploaded or Discard it.

Any tips? all help is highly appriciated!

Thanks

Hi @Joorge_c,

If the approval is rejected, restore to the previous version of File, you can use the Send an Http request to SharePoint action to achieve:

You can refer to this post:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Restore-previous-document-version-and-delete-curr...

And this blog also could help you:

If you have any problem during creating your Flow, please come back here.
