Update a single Plan with progress from across multiple plans

I'm looking for some suggestions on how to possibly use Automate to update Tasks across various Planners.


Here is the scenario:


1) User goes into SharePoint, adds item to List

2) PowerAutomate takes that item, creates a Team for a project, adds Owners to the Team, creates a Planner for the project, and creates the same Tasks for each project.  

3) Even though each team/project has their own Planner, Group, and Team, all the projects fall under a single organizational Team,  Management needs to be able to see the status of all the ongoing projects under a single dashboard (or Planner) under the main organizational Team.  I need to, somehow, make a universal trigger so that whenever the status is updated under any of these projects (of which there could be any number at any time), they update the Plan (or dashboard, whatever you want to call it).


Thoughts?  Suggestions?
