Update excel sheet from form data

Newcomer here with a simple task:

- Update an excel doc (hosted on my teams page) with data inputted from a Microsoft form. So I have a couple dozen names on my excel sheet. I sent them to the form to collect shipping information for a prize they qualify for. Ideally, I'd like to update that original excel sheet with an indication that they've completed the form, so I can determine who hasn't finished it yet. 

 

What's the proper workflow for this? I've tried a few options, but nothing has worked so far. After I get the response details from the form, do I add a new column to indicate the status, then update the row? Or is there an expression I should use to replace the excel's column text (for example, replace "pending" to "complete" upon form completion).

Could please share a screenshot of your excel and form's configuration?

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

As the pic shown, in the original excel table, only the Name column has values.

Then when a new response is submited in the form.
