Hi,
I´m trying to copy managed metadata from column1 to column2 in a sharepoint document library using Flow.
It works fine to copy one value with the flow:
Get file properties -> Apply to each[ ->Update file properties]
But I use multiple values in column1, so when I run the flow, the apply to each function overwrites previous copied value. In the end, I end up only with the last copied value.
I suspect this happens because Flow use Replace term and not Add term.
Is there any way to work around this?
Well, I discovered that I missed to fill in allow multiple choice in the site column. But that did not help, now the flow runs, but no data is added in the column. Seems like Update file properties connector does not support multiple choise.
Hi @ Tunbjork,
Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?
What have you modified in the "Update file properties" action?
Could you please share more details about the "overwrites previous copied value" that you mentioned?
Please share more details so we could try to help you.
Regards,
Alice Zhang
