Updating files on another drive when renaming and delting files

I have configured a flow that is creating a PDF on another drive, when a file is updated or created on a main drive in docx. Now I want to delete and rename these PDF's if the main documents are deleted or renamed.

It looks like this:

Her are my documents maintained:

/documents/My main documents/subfolder 1/doc1.docx

/documents/My main documents/subfolder 2/doc3.docx

These documents are auto generated on behalf of the main documents
/documents/My PDF documents/subfolder 1/doc1.pdf

/documents/My PDF documents/subfolder 2/doc3.pdf

Now i want to add a flow when a document is renamed (If i rename it how, it will generate a new PDF on the other drive with the new filename, and keep the old document with the old filename) or deleted. 

How is that possible ?

I'm not sure what you need. Can you please detail a little bit further your workflow?

Can you please share the Power Automate and obfuscate anything private that you can't share so that I can have a better understanding of what you're trying to do and the issues.
