Use Power Automate to Backup a File

I have a problem I am hoping that Power Automate can help with.


I have a MS Access file that lives on a company shared drive. Yes, I am still using MS Access.

Access does not have a way to automatically back up a file, a HUGE problem for a database.


What I am hoping to do is to have Power Automate create a copy of the file a put it into a backup folder. If there is a way to version the files by date that would a huge plus.

Sounds like this be achieved with a gateway to allow accessing the shared folder and an action to copy the file contents and saving it on a scheduled basis.
