Use Power Automate to get list of all flows associated with sharepoint list or library
There is no way to get this information by using Flow UI or Power Shell Commands.
In the Power Automate user interface, in the left navigation, you can click on Data -> Connections to see all the connections you are using for all the flows. Click on "SharePoint" connection and it will show the details of the connection. If you click on "Flows using this connection" tab, you will see all the flows which are consuming the connection.
SharePoint connection will be same for various flows but within the flows, you may be connecting to different list or library or performing other operations.
Using Power Shell:
There are limited admin power shell commands.
Also, in the Power Apps Admin Center, you can check the usage of the Connection information under Power Automate:
This will help you understand the usage information.
