I have a weird request and really hoping someone can help. So I currently have a SharePoint List that is being moved to a status then transferred to another SharePoint list to be actioned. However when the requests are put onto the first list, if they have all identical entries the column FTE can have the value of 5 (meaning 5 separate items in one). However when the entries move across to the second list the 5 entries need to be separated, essentially 5 identical items on a list instead of 1 with a 5 in the FTE column.
Please let me know if you need further explanation.
