User authorisation requests all coming from different user (Myself as creator) to requestor

Hello,

I believe I'm missing something quite basic here but the way I've set up my organisations flows means that when any of the users automate some of the authorisation flows the request to the authoriser is coming from my name instead of their own. How can I correct it so that the authorisation requests are quoted as coming from the user that started the flow?
