Using Flow to send email on Power BI Alert sending false positives

I have created a flow which sends an email to specified people when a Power BI Alert is triggered.  The flow works flawlessly except that every Sunday around 5 PM it will send out a false alert.  Like clockwork.  I'm theorizing that some sort of refresh is happening in the power bi service on Microsofts end that is causing the alert to fire.  Another clue is if I turn the flow off, then turn it back on, an email will be sent as if the Power BI alert was fired (when it hasnt).


Any ideas how I might remedy this problem?

I think your guess is correct, this should be related to the scheduled refresh of the Power BI Service settings.

The data transaction triggered the Alert, and then there are some manifestations on the Flow side.

As for what you said after opening Flow, you received an email, which I think is the expected result. This trigger will always monitor whether Power BI data exceeds the threshold. If the value does exceed expectations when you open the Flow, Flow will be triggered.
