Using HTML Elements in a JSON Array

I'm trying to create an array with HTML elements so that when I receieve an email the URL is behind text.  I send the array to a table and then email myself the table.  

 

Currently whern the email is received the link appears just as below.    How can I make the URL appear as bing?

Sample JSON I'm using:

"Link": "<a href=\"www.bing.com\">bing</a>" }
]

Could you please share your Flow configuration?

What's the action send an email you used?

"Link": "<a href=\"www.bing.com\">bing</a>"

You could use a single quota instead of \".

Such as:

"Link": "<a href='www.bing.com'>bing</a>"

@v-litu-msft The single quotes did not fix the issue.
