Using JSON to access data output from List Rows from Excel

Hi, I am using the 'list rows' action to collect all data from a spreadsheet. There is no dynamic content that enables selection of a specific row or a cell from the output from the action. I thought it should be possible to use JSON syntax. I am completely unfamiliar with it. Could somebody let me know if it is possible to use JSON syntax to access data in the output? If not, please let me know if there is any way I can use to access data after from body output from list rows action.

The only other way I could think is using the get a row action as needed. But that will keep doing the same thing multiple times to access data each and every time. Let me know if my question is unclear. I will try to add more details.

Thanks

Enigma!!

Edit1: Since nobody replied I deduce that my question was clear as mud.

I have this output 'list all rows' action.

I want to compare user-entered email with values in a specific row. I am unable to figure out how to refer to each value and use it in a condition.

All information I found online show use cases that do not require individual values.

Thanks
