Using Microsoft Flow for Approval Custom Responses

I am Using Microsoft Flow for Approval. In Approval I added 13 Custom Responses for Approval, but in Approval email all options are not showing. Any solution to this? Thanks

Currently the number of custom responses for approvals that show in the email are 5 only. You can probably try using the Send an email with options and add the mulitple options over there to get all the option choices in the email.

We can reproduce this issue on our side, and all options can be displayed in both Outlook desktop client and the Approval center, but only the five options can be displayed in the Office 365 outlook web app.

We would report this issue and if there are any updates, we will post back.
