Using Outlook groups in Approvals

Afternoon all

I'm trying to use a group email address for approval. I know it's not currently supported, but I cam across this post: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Group-list-email-in-approval-flow/td-p/83... followed it and it's almost working. I'm getting:

The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Start_and_wait_for_an_approval' of type 'OpenApiConnectionWebhook' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'WebhookApprovalCreationInput/assignedTo' is required to be of type 'String/email'. The runtime value '"aan.jones@ixxxes.co.ukDan.fd@xxxxxco.uk"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'string/email'.

Any suggestions? Anywhere I can place a semi colon perhaps? Thanks in advance.

You missed a ; so in your aan.jones@ixxxes.co.ukDan.fd@xxxxxco.uk you see that there is no separation between the two email.

The function where you are appending the variables make sure it has ; in it

Thanks @Rahber

Where could I separate the emails? it's pulling them in from a Group.

Initializevariable.png

Append to string variable action.

Value [Mail]

should be

Value [Mail];

i.e. after Mail add ;
