Using flow to post a message in Teams

I have a simple flow that posts a welcome message when a new member is added to a Microsoft Teams site. Is there a way to turn off the notification that all site members receive when a new message is posted?

I'm afraid not. The members that are in that channel will receive a notification for each new message.
