Using the Outlook attachments to OneDrive for everyone

We would like to save the attachments of Outlook to OneDrive, so we used "Save Office 365 email attachments to OneDrive for Business" template to achieve that.

However, this way would only work for single user(1 Outlook -> 1 OneDrive) due to the connection settings.

Is there any way to apply this automation to all accounts in the same tenant?

I'm not aware of any way to accomplish this in Power Automate, other than doing something like forwarding all messages with attachments to a single address.

Since my company would like to collect all files from personal storage to enterprising storaging location, we were hoping the Power Automate could realize such automation.
