VOTE - Moving the Conditions, Loops, and Switches back to the '+' button

As @haniel explained in his post, recently the conditions, loops & switches were moved in the actions panel where you now have to search for theses actions to add them into your flow. It is a huge loss of time since these are the actions we use every minute when building up a flow.

What do you think ?

If you'd prefer to see these actions put back into the '+' button as it was before, then just vote and "thumb up" this post.

Adding @JonL-MSFT in the loop to have his advice on this...
