Excuse what is probably a real newbie question.
I have just built my first flow that is set to trigger a weekly email reminder (based on a OneDrive Excel contract register sheet) to account managers, of any impending contract expiries.
The first flow ran successfully this morning, but when I tried to subsequently edit the flow with some additional formatting, etc for the next time, when testing it, whilst coming back with a "Successfully Run" status, it seems to skip all the previous steps and filters, delivering no actual output.
Have I potentially built the flow incorrectly, or can flows only operate once if there is no change to the input data?
What kind of filter do you have to get the data? Are you updating the data in the end of the Flow?
This could be because the data is updated and no longer fits the filter that you defined.
Thanks @manuelstgomes but the input data (ie the excel data) has not changed at all not have the filters. That is why I was querying whether the flow could not be actioned more than once if the inputs didn't change.
Again, really not clear about how flows operate to this extent.
Just to add some further context, the report is meant to run every week to remind account managers of contracts reaching an expiry date. The flow is meant to reoccur each week until the staff go into the Excel sheet and modify the record to show contract renewal/cancellation/etc.
Currently If I run the flow again, the steps are being greyed out in the run history, which doesn't make sense given that the excel sheet data has not changed at all.
