I have been having a similar issue with a flow I modified 4 days ago. It used to work very well, and now it is not triggering when a new response is submitted. Is this still an issue? I am having this exact problem but all previous posts are from 2017, and some from 2018. This thread is marked as solved even though the issue still seems to be a problem.
Just wanted to add a note that the email is valid, i took the screenshot before the red bit went away. I just checked it again and the flow is not trigegring in the first place so the email is not the issue in any way. The email autofills based on addresses within our organization.
I'm also having this exact same problem where we submit the form but I don't see the form even go into my flow? I'm not receiving the email.
If I go into edit the flow and do a test and select I'll perform the trigger action, I receive the email right away.
Why don't I receive these emails from the flow?
Anyone who is still having this problem and needs to know when a form is responded to immediately I found a fix for this.
Instead of doing;
When a new response is submitted -> Outlook
When a new response is submitted -> Mail
I receive an email to my outlook account immediatley upon a response being submitted.
This has worked for me and if anyone else is having problems, I hope it works for you too!
You need to add in a action after the trigger
