When a file is created (prop. only) random triggering. Why??

Hello everybody,

I have the trigger above fired by a OneDrive folder sync with sharepoint, so that everytime somebody copies a file (PDF) in the OD folder, the file is created in Sharpoint folder and the trigger starts the process.

What I don't understand is that some files do not trigger the process. It happens more often when files are copied in groups (never more than 10 per time, in any case).

Is there any known problem with special characters/length in the name of the file? Any other suggestion?
