When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox not retrieve ALL attachments are retrieved

This seems like a bug, but when I send an email with an outlook email (.msg) attached to a shared mailbox, the trigger response I get will contain my jpg, & pdf attachments but not my ".msg" attachment. 

 

I suspect I may need to do a get all attachments to the email ID then for each around each attachment but it seems like the trigger should be pulling that all out for me.  Can you advise how to proceed?

I thought .msg atachments were not yet supported... but now I am reading that "Latest versions of all triggers support attachment types (EML, MSG, ICS)."

If I were you, I would test it with my own Office 365 outlook account... if test succeedes there it means triggers for shared mailbox are not yet implementing last version of the API
