When item in list is created, create a folder in a library with docs attached in item

Hi!!

I was wondering to create a flow that when I create a work item on a list it creates a folder with the metadata and documents attached in that item.
I will add a image to be more specific:

As you can see, we have the list DELIVERABLES with a work item highlighted which must be the name of the folder that it's needed to be created in the folder TRANSMITTALS inside the folder TEN --> IVQ. 
So I would need the flow to run like when I create an item on the Deliverable list with documents attached, creates a folder inside TRANSMITTALS folder with the highlighted zone as the title of the folder. You can see the example of the folder I created manually:

Inside has the documents of the documents I attached in the item of the list. This is an example of the item on the list with the metadata needed and the documents attac

I tried starting the flow but I don't know how to do it, like Create a new folder when item is created but then how I know the name of the folder and what goes in it is the same as the item? That is very difficult for my understanding. Will appreciate help!

Hello @CarlesMartin,

your query can be resolved, just focus on the value of the FolderPath in Create a new folder action. 

What I understood is you need to create a new Folder under the Transmittals folder.

Provide FolderPath value like this: /Transmittals/FolderName.

I tried your flow but when I create the item in the list, the item doesn't appear in the list and didn't add the attach document in the folder TRANSMITTALS. It didn't take the CODIGO NOTA for the name of the folder neither...

The highlighted should be the name of the folder created and look, later I went to the folder transmittals and doesn't has the documents I attached in the list. 

It didn't work well. I want to create the item and the item stays in the list and has a copy in a folder of the documents attached in that item with the name of the folder written in "CODIGO NOTA". 

Something is missing in the flow I think:

I am referring FolderName to the actual folder name you want, you need to replace FolderName with the column value you need. Provide the column value from dynamic content.

Okay, now 1 thing works, the title of the folder it's the one I was looking for but now I need the flow to add the documents I attached in the list and I need that the Item I created In the list stays there like it duplicates the item in the list to a folder in Transmittals. Because I can't see the item once I created I don't know why.

Okay there is a little confusion, 

Items are in list and documents are in library. I am assuming you are working with a list of items.

there is no direct action for creating items in a folder, you can only create items directly in a list using create item action.

for copying/creating items in a folder you need to use http action, refer below link for the same.

Yes, I think we didn't expressed well.
I didn't want a list in a folder, I want that the item created in a List (in this case DELIVERABLES) create a folder in TRANSMITTALS with the name of the item and add inside the documents attached in that item in deliverables. I don't want a list in there TRANSMITTALS. 
Maybe that is not possible.

So I am still looking what to do:

The problem is I don't really know how the document gets the name of the attached documents in the folder that it would be send it. And I think that there is missing steps because when I tried creating item in the list it didn't appear but the folder was created with the correct name of the item of the list without the files attached. 

So my questions now are:
- Why when I create the item on the list doesn't appear? Should I create a duplicate?
- What can I do to attach the files in the folder with the name of the files?

Update:
Now I achieved to send the attachment to the library, but the files are outside the folder and I need them to be inside. This is the flow:

And this is how it works when I run the flow and send the attached files to the library. It creates the folder the good way, but it fails introducing the files inside.

Does anyone know how to solve that?
