Where are the expressions after the update?

Hello, I have recently come back to Power Automate and realized that they had changed the UI. As a result I have no idea where I can find an expression tab to add them to my flows.

There is just old "dynamic content", no expression tab, where can I find it?

I imagine you've figured this out by now, so I'm just posting this for others' reference in case it comes up.

Your screenshot shows the normal dynamic data display when you're on a smaller screen. As far as I'm aware, there actually isn't a way to add Expressions in that mode; you'll need to expand your browser window.

@SandyU is absolutely correct - it is a screen real estate issue.  I would like to add that, depending on the device that you are using, you can work around this issue by changing the screen resolution.  I have an android tablet and experienced this issue - fixed it by changing the resolution.
