Workflow not triggering

Hello,

I have created approval workflow which is triggered when an item is created on a list.

When I add an item the workflow is triggered but when someone else adds an item the workfow does not trigger.

I can see the item in the list when someone else adds an item so I know its not permissions.

This issue is only happening with this one workflow all my other workflows are working correctly.

What could be the reason ?

Hi Serbay

Thank you for your response I re-created  the list and workflow and it all works now. I have another problem now.
