Wow! - Where do I start?

Hello everyone - my first post here.

Given that the old Google<-->Office365 calendar sync flow is no longer in existence, and I don't seem to be able to find a replacement anywhere, I'm thinking of writing my own.

Is there REALLY no equivalent to the old Google<-->Office365 sync flow?

If I had to write my own - is there any indication what considerations I should include? E.g., at a high level the process would be "If an event in one calendar is added/modified/removed, then create/overwrite the event in the other calendar". But from what I've seen so far, inspecting one of the copy events flows, it goes in to all kind of details about getting list of ids, etc. So, is there any help/info that would instruct me in the basic process?

Many thanks,

Steve
