Zendesk get items filter error

Hi all. I am doing a get request for Zendesk Users table, using the get items action. I am applying a filter by email address.

This used to work fine a couple of months ago when I've set it up, but going back to it a couple of week ago I have noticed it errors.

Has anyone encountered this before or has any ideas how to fix it please?
