approving item directly from email

Hi,

Is threre a way to approve an item directly from e-mail? 

When I receive approval e-mail, I'm always redirected to flow app. Does anyone knows why this is happening?

I think that in the beginning of the year it was possible to approve directly from email.

You should be able to approve or reject as well as provide comments directly from the approval email.  Can you tell me if you are able to approve from the approval email in the Outlook web app?  If you can approve in the Outlook web app but not in the Outlook desktop application then it is likely that you need to update the Outlook desktop application.

Hi @petergriac ,

 

You could complete the approval directly in Office 365 Outlook web app.

Or you can complete the approval in the outlook client that supports Actionable messages.

Yes I'm able to approve item from web app, but not from Outlook desktop app.
