csv file to have a default template while sending as an attachment on the email

I have an .csv template(with logo, some text) where it should go to the departmental users along with the data from the Select(HTML) controls. How can it be done?

@Teresa24486  A "CSV" (comma-separated-values) file is technically just a text file with cells separated by a comma and rows separated by a newline character. It is technically impossible to have a logo inside a CSV table cell unless that image was just a base64 encoded text, or perhaps a text URL to an image hosted online, then it might be possible in that case.

To answer your question, it is possible to do this in Power Automate, you can use split function inside an Action to split each row by a newline character, Apply to Each to iterate over it, then another split from inside another Action inside the Apply to Each, then an inner Apply to Each to iterate over each cell. Content can be extracted from each cell, and possibly placed into Variables Initialized at top of Flow, even something like a base64 encoded text can be converted to an image again in the Flow and used in Send an Email Action, etc.

As for CSV Email Template, usually CSV are for importing datasets into Outlook.

I am not sure which functionality you are referring to, but let's suppose for example it might be a functionality only possible in Outlook Desktop Client.

If that is the case, you may want to look at Power Automate Desktop rather than trying it with a Cloud Flow.
