flow don't recognize the Bucket id

Hi,

i have a flow to create list of tasks based on an excel table, where each row is translated into a task.

in the excel table there is a column called "Bucket", which identify the Bucket name, where the task should be created.

when running the flow im getting an error that the bucket ID cant be identified, what am i missing?

Hi @Perez ,

 

Please refer to the screenshot below to configure Flow.

Iterate through all the buckets and determine if the value name is equal to Bucket in the Excel table.

If they are equal, the value Id is configured in Bucket Id field.

Hi @Perez 

 

This is because the Bucket ID identifier of the planner tasks, expects you to provide the ID of the bucket and not the name. To address this issue, you can add an action to list buckets from the plan ID and then iterate through those to use and point the bucket ID. Please see a reference screenshot below:

In your scenario, what you could do is, list rows from a table action and then list buckets action and then put an apply to each loop for the excel items and inside the loop add an action switch case and here switch case on the excel column that contains the planner names. In the case value put the planner name and then use the condition and referencing as i put in the screenshot.
