getting bad request when updating a sharepoint as array values are not converting

Hi,

i want to update certain values in sharepoint but getting error on update step as array values are not converting

Error converting value \"BusinessPlans\" to type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.Connector.SPListExpandedReference'. Path '[0]', line 2, position 30.\r\nclientRequestId: 57399d01-d58c-43b5-bbf9-5fc06dcee9e3\r\nserviceRequestId: 57399d01-d58c-43b5-bbf9-5fc06dcee9e3"

my flow is like this
