help with condition (2 conditions)

hi all, my expression output is saying false, but in my head it should be True

it should be True, if "Stage of Form" Column is modified and if "Stage of Form" Column states "On ESR"

but keeps saying false? i think it's where "On ESR" is causing the issue

any ideas?

Based on what you're showing, I'm not really sure - are you able to show some screenshots of the order of your flow? What type of field is Stage of Whatever?

I am suspecting that... 

Your first condition where you are checking about the column change Outputting boolean. 

So, instead of writing true text directly can you try providing true value from dynamic content and check.

Considering your 2 nd condition value On ESR text is proper.
