I learned about your complete needs from your other posts.

If we rely on the current MS Flow existing connectors and actions, the only parts that can be achieved are the following:

  • First case, use For a selected item as the trigger. When you select an item, you could trigger Flow. Then you could get all the data of this item to configure other actions, including Send an email action.
  • The second case, it is monitored whether an item is updated(edited), and When an item is created or modified is configured as a trigger, the data of the updated item is obtained, including the value of the custom column.

You could configure Delay until action to set the Timestamp to the value of the date field of the item being updated. Then configure Send an email action, the email will be delayed until the specified time.

This is the part that MS Flow can currently achieve.
