I have a Sharepoint list for emaloyee leave request. and i created flow for when new item is created so email send to the hr with option Approve/Reject. If hr Click on approve so email sent to that employee who can reauest for leave.
Above process done and work properly. But now i required when hr click on Reject in a mail so that time also take reason for reject in a mail. so how to take that inputs using flow.
Hi @Jignesh , you will need columns in your SharePoint list to hold the response decision, who made the decision, the date it was made and the comments by the approver. Then when HR add their comments in the approval/rejection email it saves it to that comments column.
