i have a error

Anyone know why that error occurs?

It appears as though the error is generated on your trigger at the very top of your Flow.

Are you able to create a simple Flow that uses that same trigger without error.  For example, create a Flow with the same trigger (When an item is created) and do something simple such as setting a variable - that's it.  Does the Flow run without error?

Do you have at least contribute access to the list?

Is your SharePoint site in SharePoint online or in an on premises installation of SharePoint?

Its a approval flow multi level, i have 2 equals, one for Colombia and other for Mexico

Can you please post screen shots of your Flow in Design view?  That will make it much easier to assist.

@ScottShearer I have another equal but with the different condition, so that it goes to another country
