is there some action to collect data in approval?

Hi guys

In older SharePoint 2010 WF we used collect data or single approval task, beside to get a approval result you can generate additional fields to collect data and after that get this field.

Is there any way to do that in Power Automate?

not in the initial process, along the workflow life.

regards

Ramiro

Yes you can collect data from approval process and store in variables which you can use in entire flow life.

Hi

Imagine you have and approval process beside comments you need collect - cost center and/or razon of reject from a choice.

I not find any way to add additional data to approval , you can add buttons. but not data.

other example

you have a process that some people validate, he add comments, and next validator (people filed in SharePoint)

the idea is during the WF call a form or something that one people can fill, after that continues the WF process.
