Hi @dynamiacs,
I got the following response regarding the Flow usage.
The total number of runs currently is only available in the gear / settings menu for Microsoft Flow free users.
For organization, the run count is pooled tenant wide (and not enforced per user). Tenant level pooled quota and usage information for Microsoft Flow will be available for tenant administrators in the next couple of weeks.

Hi @dynamiacs,
You should be able to see all activity under Microsoft Flow Notifications:
For the flow counts, currently it is still not available.
The information in the following article may not be appliable to the current Microsoft Flow.
Billing and metering questions
I will collect this as a content request, to remind the product team to update the online document.

Has there been an update on this? We are trying to get the number of flow runs that we have used in our environment.
Thank you!

Can I ask you where exactly? The official info says that they are still working on exposing available quota.
Thanks
As long as you are a tenant administrator, you should be able to just go straight here to find out how many flows have been ran in your tenant (at least at time of writing i.e. 14/05/2019). https://admin.flow.microsoft.com/tenant/quotas
The steps to get there are as follows, and just to reiterate, you need to be a tenant administrator so make sure of that before performing these steps:
