office 365 group new email flow not triggering for some emails

I have create a flow,  about 4 days ago,  with a trigger of a New Email to an Office 365 group - the flow creates an item in a sharepoint list based on the conversation ID if its created an item with the conversation previously it does not create a new one

It works except I now have all the emails in a single conversation not triggering the flow.  Yet other emails - with different conversation IDs are triggering the flow.

That is I have received 5 emails in the same conversation and when I check the flow status none of those 5 emails have triggered the flow - yet other emails to the same Office 365 group have triggered flows and either matched previous conversations or not

I don't understand this , as it is my logic that looks at the conversation ID but not the flow trigger so i can't see how much logic could be causing the trigger not to fail for the same conversation

So the only other uniqueness i can find is that the subject line of the non-triggering emails does have some Chinese characters 回复    - I did a reply with those characters removed - but it still did not trigger  - still it maybe the many other chinese characters in the email causing the problem

I also replied  to the email and removed all of the body   - and this did not trigger the flow either

- which makes 9 emails for this conversation which have not triggered the flow - whilst other emails are still fine

There are no error messages -, pending flows or anything for the missing triggered flows

Does anyone have an idea of what I could check for this

Thanks

Ross Wilson

It was me - I had created a rule in outlook (not power automate) which moved the email to a folder - so power automate was not triggering

I removed my rule and puit the move action inside the power automate
