power query not loading all options

Hi, 

I had a flow that was working well. It pulled data from Azure SQL through Power query, some filters and data massaging and posted the data to another system through HTTP.

One of the filter criteria just shows there is no data with that criteria. This is incorrect as I have validated this in Power BI. Any help would be appreciated. General flow logic that I have attached.

Just to understand in the query, there is no information to filter, or the filter returns no results?

Can you please share the Power Automate and obfuscate anything private that you can't share so that I can have a better understanding of what you're trying to do and the issues.

Filter returns no result. Within power query, I have results in the format I want. But when running the flow and when it goes to apply to each, it says no result. 

I also got a new error on the Power query piece saying: An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool.  This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached
