I keep getting the "flow failed" email (Post new emails in GMail into a Slack channel). When I go to the Flow dashboard, it shows that I have no Flows and asks me if I want to create one.
I was playing around with the Post Gmail to Slack Flow at one point, but I was getting too many, so I first disabled it and then deleted it.

Did you mean that you have deleted all your flows but one of them keeps running? Please check with other environments.

Are you still getting this issue? Have made sure that all your flows are deleted in flow site? This is really odd issue.
